Responsibilities:
– Efficiently handle incoming room reservations via email and phone
– Prepare reservation offers with precision
– Demonstrate excellent communication skills and maintain a pro-client approach
– Collaborate and coordinate with various departments within the resort
Requirements:
– Proficiency in both written and spoken Czech and English
– Previous experience in reservations, hotel reception, or a related field is advantageous
– Exceptional communication skills and a commitment to exceptional customer service
– Strong organizational skills, adaptability, and diligence
– Familiarity with the Fidelio hotel reservation system is a plus, though not mandatory
