F&B Manager – International Hotel Chain, Brno (Czech Republic)

Imagine working in a rooftop restaurant with stunning views of Amsterdam, creating culinary masterpieces that bring guests a unique and unforgettable experience. As a Chef de Partie, your main responsibility will be to wow our restaurant guests with your culinary creations.

Job description:

  • Overseeing all aspects of F&B services, including restaurant operations, banquets, and room service.
  • Ensuring guest and staff satisfaction, maintaining high standards, and achieving financial goals.
  • Organizing and executing a variety of events, from small meetings to large-scale gatherings.
  • Recruiting, training, and developing staff with a focus on their professional growth.
  • Handling administrative tasks such as ordering supplies, scheduling shifts, and maintaining records.
  • Collaborating on business planning and implementing new strategies.

 

We require:

  • Natural leadership skills and experience in a similar managerial role within the hospitality industry.
  • Experience in large conference hotels.
  • Passion for gastronomy and keeping up with current trends.
  • Excellent customer service and guest-oriented approach.
  • Ability to lead a large team of employees.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Excellent time management, organizational skills, and planning abilities.
