For our client, international hotel resort, we are looking for a suitable candidate for the position of Marketing & PR manager in Prague office. The company operates several villas and bungalows in Africa and provides luxury accommodation, variable restaurants, beach bars and an unforgettable experience.
Job description:
• contributing to, and developing, marketing plans and strategies,
• participate in developing new ideas – special packages, programs, PR etc.,
• creating marketing material, conducting various market research,
• communication with the design company and PR agencies, assist with their inquiries,
• assistance with photo shoots and filming arrangements,
• assisting the DOSM in reaching the targeted goals,
• assist with the analytical searches,
• arranging effective distribution of marketing materials,
• maintaining and updating marketing/PR databases,
• administration of the website in cooperation with the website agency,
• social media administration (Facebook, Instagram, You Tube, Twitter),
• monitoring competitor activity,
• perform any other duties as assigned to by management.
We require:
• proven previous experience of a minimum 5 years in a 4* or 5* hotel,
• excellent knowledge of written and spoken English,
• additional foreign language advantageous,
• computer literacy, effective and oustanding communication skills,
• dynamic personality, focus on key issues,
• attention to details, creative thinking,
• planning and organizational skills,
• team spirit, adaptability, customer focus,
• strong analytical skills and ability to work independently.
